What can I do if a user is not registered correctly?

It is possible a user is registered in the incorrect category during the registration of their data in the system. Two situations may occur:

  1. a user is registered in a category that doesn’t match its type (NATURAL or LEGAL). The account may be blocked by the Legal team. It is not possible to modify the user type. You will have to contact our support team (support@mangopay.com) and explain the situation.
  2. a Legal user is registered in the incorrect category (for instance, a BUSINESS registered as a SOLETRADER). The account may be blocked by the Legal team. You will have to modify the structure type in the dashboard.

Note that such procedures are exceptions. Please be careful when registering users and entering their personal information.
